IMPORTANT: Accurately measure the water necks OD. ( Not the Bead ) for each water neck to be adapted. Use only Micrometer or Calipers for the measurements. Water-neck OD Tolerance -.010" + .015"
If the size you need is not listed? PLEASE NOTE A radiator water neck can be reduced in size up to approximately .040". Most water pumps .050" or more. Be your own judge on the method and how much you can safely reduce the OD. A file and emery cloth works well. Reduce it behind the bead between the bead and radiator/pump. Also Adapters can be installed on Water Necks that are up to .015" under size
