Shipping policy

All orders purchased from the Autoplumb section of the website will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Tracking will be provided once we ship an order from this section. Time to receive orders will vary depending on where the item(s) are being shipped.

Orders from the Aeroflow section of the website will be shipped in 5-10 business days. Tracking will be provided once we ship an order from this section.

If an order is placed and has items from both sections of our website, the Autoplumb items will be shipped first (1-2 business days), followed by the Aeroflow items (5-10 business days). Tracking will be provided separately for both shipments.

All orders over $149.99 ship free anywhere in the US.

Back Ordered Items: If a back ordered item is included in your order, the rest of the order will be held until the back ordered item is available to ship unless requested otherwise by the customer. If a back ordered item has no ETA, the rest of the shipment will be fulfilled.

You will receive a shipping confirmation, along with a tracking number, to the email you provide at checkout. You can also track your order status through the Shop app.
