1 was able to order one from summit two weeks after I ordered from autoplumb and it got to me first I would not order anything else from them the fitting just sits on the bench because it would cost me more in shipping and restocking fees than the fitting is worth

This is the third or fourth part I’ve purchased from Autoplumb. These are high quality parts that you can actually “feel” when you pull them out of the box. When you feel the smoothness of the threads as you unthread these pieces, you immediately realize that you got what you paid for. I’ve truly never felt threads this smooth. As for customer service: I recently had hand surgery and my fingers were numb when I ordered this part. Because of the numbness, I pushed the wrong button on the drop down menu when picking the size I wanted. Getting this corrected and returning the part and exchanging for the correct size couldn’t have been easier. It’s a win/win with these guys……great product……great customer service, and I guarantee that you’ll feel like you brought your build to the next level! My only dilemma now is that I know that all the other under the hood components need to be of the same quality in order to keep that level. Not a bad dilemma to have!😁

I normally do not do reviews. But I wanted to document this as it never happens for me. I bought a series of parts to solve a custom application. Basically doing a cummins 4x4 swap for a 1959 F100. I made some assumptions took the templates bought what i thought i needed and really made a mess of it.
Joe called me when I reached out to customer service to try and get an RMA so I could return what I bought and figure out what to do next. Instead of email He called me, he spent 35+ minutes on the phone as we shared pictures and worked thru what I needed to do. I have never in 52 years of life had such a wonderful experince. I don't know if you care but everyone should do business with these folks. Great well built products. I suggest asking them questions and talking to them before you try to go it alone.

I was skeptical at first as I need to add some black gasket maker per the instructions. After setup the fittings were tight and no leaks. I plumbed up -10 an fittings and hose to my catch can. All is well, the fittings look great and sealed well. Great doing business with Autoplumb!
