Great fit and great parts
But I didn’t measure right for the thermostat and lower radiator hose.
The fittings are too long can’t use them for lower hose my fault not autoplumb.

I used these to convert to ~6AN from barb on my 04 honda pilot daily driver. They took a bit to slide on as the honda line is slightly larger, I did convince them to go on using some 80 grit sandpaper and used a bit of assembly lube on both the o-ring and threads to prevent the o-ring from binding up or it binding on the threads towards the bottom. I haven't yet installed an inline thermostat, but I needed to replace my radiator and low speed fan as they went out. Unfortunately I had to use those zip ties onthe cooler and later noticed it is crooked, but oh well. The ebay fan is rocking and actually works I got to replace it with. My radiator I got was technically for an 05 but it fits without issue. The 04 is a .63 inch core and 04 is 1.03 inch core. I'm using stainless braided ptfe hose for my lines and shiny colored red and blue fittings. The cooler had a powder coat that's glittery on the end tubes not the core which it funny and cool. They don't leak or move which is good. Only time will tell how long they'll last or at least the o-rings. There wasn't any sort of mounting locations on cooler I was comfortable with trying to modify for fitment. So that's why I used the ties. They have foam so well have to see how it does over time. Quality. Follow instructions and it will hold. I used it on my diesel fuel line.
This is an excellent solution to converting cooling hoses to true AN fittings in place of the common “hose finishers” that attach via a worm gear clamp. The system also allows you to hook up AN fittings onto two different size water necks with different diameters on the same hose! Assembly is straight forward and easy. I matched the AN hose end to Auto Plumbs thermostat Housing. If you’re looking for a high tech look under the hood, these are the ticket. Prompt shipping and well packaged. The parts look amazing. Only disappointment……..no stickers……gotta have stickers. C’mon guys, break ‘em out😁

I started using "aircraft" fittings long ago. However, I've never heard of Auto-Plumb until a recent car show in Va Beach. That's when I met Randy Wilson (yes, the '70 Z28 guy). He gave me a flier from Auto-Plumb. I finally ordered some and these fittings are top notch, plus, if you need or can think, "I wonder if a fitting has ever been made.......?" YES! Yes, Auto-Plumb probably has and their quality is fantastic and not priced to hurt your feelings either. Their product are absolutely great!

Im building a Replica 65 Cobra Using the Auto Plumb system has made plumbing simple I use 2 AN-12 90s one out of each head AN12 hose to a Y-block AN12-AN16 then rad fill AN16 then AN16 to the Auto Plumb adapter Lower Rad hose is Auto Plumb adapter AN20 to remote thermostat AN16 to Auto Plumb adapter attached to engine input AN16.

I had the waterneck fitting blow off of 1.5 inch ss radiator hot side going back to the radiator it was really hot that day at Summit Point water temps were 205 or so after 4 or 5 push laps So I cleaned it up put it back on and finished the weekend. I ordered some shims and seals to redo the fitting and decided to put a couple extra shims under the seal to make it clamp a bit tighter, 1.5 inch is close to just making it with + or - tolerance so far under a 15 psi air test everything was perfectly sealed, next I will do a running test to 200 degrees and make sure its good next event is at NJMP Love the fittings but the only way I get picture of my setup is with the engine removed that will happen this winter if the car doesn't sell Thanks for some great products

These covers look great. They are a step above the plastic. A large one and a small one were needed for my set up. Threaded right on to the Aeroquip stainless ac fittings I have. Along side of the billet specialties hose brackets holding the hose together, they compliment the system nicely. Not needed, but a nice extra.
