Return and Refund Policy

We have a 90-day full return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 90 days, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. No returns 120 days after you have received your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll need to include your name and order number (in your emailed order confirmation) with your return. Make sure to pack your return well, as we can not guarantee damage will not occur during shipping.

If your return is accepted, you are required to pay return shipping, and will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

No returns or refunds on items ordered from the Aeroflow Catalog order page

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are refundable if found to be defective or the wrong item was shipped to you.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note: If your return causes the original order value to go below our $149.99 free shipping threshold a $12.99 standard shipping and handling charge will be deducted from the return.
