I normally do not do reviews. But I wanted to document this as it never happens for me. I bought a series of parts to solve a custom application. Basically doing a cummins 4x4 swap for a 1959 F100. I made some assumptions took the templates bought what i thought i needed and really made a mess of it.
Joe called me when I reached out to customer service to try and get an RMA so I could return what I bought and figure out what to do next. Instead of email He called me, he spent 35+ minutes on the phone as we shared pictures and worked thru what I needed to do. I have never in 52 years of life had such a wonderful experince. I don't know if you care but everyone should do business with these folks. Great well built products. I suggest asking them questions and talking to them before you try to go it alone.
