Use the following Components to connect your Heater Core to the back of our -10AN Bulkhead.
To convert smooth Heater core tubing that has No Barb to AN and connect to the back of our ( -10AN Firewall Bulkhead ) follow the instructions below. All the items described are available on this page.
1. To convert 3/4" heater core tube to -10AN and attach to the back of our -10AN Firewall Bulkhead use in order 1-( 3/4" to -12AN Tube Adapter ) 1-( -12AN to -10AN Flare Reducer ) 1-( -10AN Hose End ) ( -10AN Nylon Braided Hose ) 1-( -10AN Hose End ). Connect to the back of our (-10AN Firewall Bulkhead ).
2. To convert 5/8" heater core tubing to -10AN and attach to the back or our -10AN Firewall Bulkhead use in order 1- (5/8" to -10AN Tube Adapter ) 1- ( -10AN Hose End ) ( -10AN Nylon Braided Hose ) 1- ( -10AN Hose End ). Connect to the back of our ( -10AN Firewall Bulkhead ).
Here's the parts you will need:
- 1, -10AN Firewall Bulkhead
- 1, 3/4" to 12AN Tube Adapter
- 1, -12AN to -10AN Flare Reducer ( For 3/4" conversion only)
- 1, 5/8" to 10AN Tube Adapter
- 4, -10AN Hose Ends ( Choose appropriate angles )
- 1, -10AN Black Nylon Hose ( Choose appropriate length )
- 1 meter = 3' 3-3/8" 2 meter = 6' 6-3/4"
To convert Heater Core tubes with a barb use our Barb Adapters. They are available here in 5/8" to 10AN and 3/4" to 10AN . Use the appropriate -10AN Hose Ends and -10AN Hose to connect to the back of the Bulkhead.
